About the Role:
We are seeking a Gift Shop Administrator to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for merchandise procurement, selling, inventory management, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing
- Inventory management and buying strategy
- Profit analysis and mark ups
- Sale and mark down projections
- Annual focus groups
- Bookkeeping- Inventory, CoGS, Monthly reporting and analysis
- Ecommerce
- Wholesale Non-spirits
- Gift Shop Oversight
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Proficient in Point-of-Sales operations. We use Lightspeed and Shopify
- Ability to build rapport with vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel/working with spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
